In this hands-on session you will learn a proven path to agility and be able to assess where your organization is on their journey. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to create a custom action plan that will help revive a stalled transformation and move them towards true business agility.

We will be covering Agile principles, mindset, and challenges. This is designed to be an hour-long session with each pitfall needing 7 - 10 minutes to cover. It is highly participatory with polling and the creation of an action plan.
