Rob creates referenceable, renewing customers for AgileCraft through leading client implementations and ongoing technical account management.  He has 20+ years of IT industry & software development experience after starting his career at IBM.  

Following several years as a software and process engineering consultant, Rob joined spinoff ChoicePoint for 10 years, focusing much of his time on R&D for authentication & biometrics businesses before migrating into client pre/post-sales solutions roles.  Following at Equifax, Rob focused on massive data stack transformations in product engineering, where he led the Agile Portfolio Management group for Core Software Engineering.

Rob has a passion to develop new talent leveraging unique operating models.  He certified over 300 SAFe Practitioners and Agilists across 4 countries.  With engineering & management degrees from Georgia Tech, Rob enjoys returning to cheer the Yellow Jackets with his wife and two sons.  He competes in Ironman triathlons when time permits.
